About the Tezos Foundation
The Tezos Foundation is a Swiss non-profit foundation that supports and fosters the Tezos protocol, which is a public blockchain that evolves by upgrading itself. Stakeholders of the Tezos blockchain vote on amendments to the protocol to reach social consensus on proposals, creating a secure and organic upgrading system. The protocol’s Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus algorithm, on on-chain governance system, and the ability to facilitate formal verification, make Tezos an ideal long-term solution for digital transactions, including smart contracts and STOs.
Tezos is fully decentralized and it is the role of the Tezos Foundation to support the development and long-term success of the protocol and ecosystem. Learn more about Tezos at: https://tezos.com/. Learn more about the Tezos Foundation at: https://tezos.foundation/.
